Privacy

C94 is a small independent studio. This policy covers every app we ship — currently Slingshot and Pikondo, plus anything we release later. Where an app does something different, we say so.
Short version: we don’t want your data. Our apps do their work on your device. We don’t run accounts, we don’t run servers that hold your stuff, and we don’t sell anything to anyone.
What we don’t collect
- Your name, email, or any account information
- Your photos, videos, files, or their contents
- Your gameplay history or anything you do inside the app
- Crash reports tied to you personally
- Behavioral analytics
Apps that analyze content on your device (for example, Pikondo looking for duplicate photos) do all of that work locally. The results never leave your phone.
Permissions
An app will only ask for a permission it actually needs to work — Pikondo needs your photo library to show you photos to swipe; Slingshot doesn’t need anything. We don’t use any permission for any purpose other than the obvious one.
Ads (in some apps)
Some of our free apps show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob is what serves the ad and decides which one to show. To do that it may use:
- Your iOS advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Device type, OS version, language
- IP address (for rough country/region)
- Ad impressions and clicks
On iOS we ask through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any of that is used for personalized ads. Decline and you get non-personalized ads instead. You can change your answer any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
AdMob’s practices are covered by Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy. If an app you have doesn’t show ads, none of this applies to it.
Subscriptions and purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. To keep track of who has bought what, we use RevenueCat, which stores:
- A random anonymous customer ID
- What you bought and when
- Whether your subscription is active
No name, no email. Their policy: revenuecat.com/privacy
Apple SKAdNetwork
We use Apple’s SKAdNetwork so we can tell, in aggregate, whether ads we run are working. It is designed by Apple to be privacy-preserving — no individual user is identified.
What lives on your device
Each app stores its own settings and any progress, scores, caches, or local data it needs to function. None of it leaves your device. Examples:
- Slingshot: settings, high scores, daily run results
- Pikondo: settings, swipe history, photo analysis caches, streaks
Uninstall the app and it all goes with it.
Children
Our apps aren’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them. If you think a child has somehow given us information, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Your rights
Because we don’t collect personal data, most data rights don’t apply to us in any meaningful way. The things you can do:
- Opt out of personalized ads in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings
- Ask us to delete your RevenueCat record (email below)
- Uninstall the app, which deletes everything local
GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA (California) rights apply where applicable. Email us to exercise them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If we ever change it in a way that meaningfully affects you, we’ll say so inside the apps too.
