The basics
How do I restore a purchase or subscription?
Open the app, find the purchase screen, tap Restore Purchases. Anything tied to your Apple ID will come back.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your device go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find the app, and cancel. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don’t process payments, so we can’t issue them.
Do you collect my data?
No. Details in our Privacy policy.
Something is broken. What do I do?
Email us at support@c94.studio. Tell us which app, which device, your iOS or iPadOS version, and what you were doing when it went sideways. A screenshot helps.
Slingshot
My tap feels like it’s not registering.
The tap fires the moment your finger touches the screen, not when you lift it. If you’re used to the other way around, you’ll be slightly early at first. You get used to it.
My daily-run score doesn’t match my friend’s.
Daily runs reset at midnight UTC. If you’re comparing across time zones, you may be looking at different days.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The whole game works without internet.
Pikondo
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Pikondo runs entirely on your phone. Photos never leave the device.
Can I get a deleted photo back?
Yes. iOS moves them to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where they sit for 30 days. Restore from there.
Why does Pikondo need my photo library?
To show you the photos to swipe on. That’s the only thing it’s used for.
Duplicate detection seems off.
The first scan can take a while on a big library. Open the Duplicates category and let it finish. If it still looks wrong after that, email us.
